Welcome …
I am Stefan Zils: Software Engineer, Software Architect, Consultant, Requirements Engineer … Founder ino[a*]tec, my specialization is enterprise applications and system integration.
I combine computer science with business administration. My focus is on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), also called blockchain technology and agile working methods. Agile working methods have proven to be very useful in fast-changing business areas. One of the biggest problems in the realization of software projects is silo thinking between different departments. One goal as a management consultant is to overcome this.
As part of my consulting services, I create requirements analyses according to the standards of iSAQB, IREB, and OMG. It is my concern to formulate clear and understandable requirements. For this reason, I have certified myself in UML at the intermediate level. A detailed overview of current certificates and further education is on my LinkedIn profile.
The greatest pleasure in software development is practical work. Use software craftsmanship, and the reduction of technical debt is advantageous to build good reliable software. According to my opinions, the four principles of the Agile Manifesto are still very relevant. But never change a running system, a business without problems do not need an agile transformation.
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over following a plan
